THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T. SUNIL CHOWDARY TR.CRIMINAL PETITION No.172 of 2014 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 24 CPC seeking to withdraw MVOP No.1051 of 2008 pending on the file of the Court of the I Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge-cum-MACT, City Criminal Courts, Nampally at Hyderabad and transfer the same to the Court of the IV Additional District Judge (Family Court) at Karimnagar.

There was no representation on 15.07.2015. Hence the matter was adjourned to today for being listed under the caption 'for dismissal.' Even today also there is no representation on behalf of the petitioners in spite of the matter being listed under the caption 'for dismissal'. It seems that the petitioners are not interested in prosecuting the matter.

Hence the Tr.CMP is dismissed for non-prosecution. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions if any pending in this Tr.CMP shall stand closed.
