HON'BLE DR. JUSTICE B. SIVA SANKARA RAO Crl.P.M.P.Nos.10006 & 10007 of 2017 IN/AND Crl.P.No.9221 of 2017 ORDER:

The petitioner/accused No.1 represented by SGPA holder by name G. Vishnu S/o G.Rama Rao in Crl.P.M.P.No.10006 of 2017 and the 2nd respondent-defacto complainant of C.C.No.241 of 2013 on the file of XIII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad, which is outcome of crime No.15 of 2012, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498-A, 323 r/w 109 IPC and Sections 3 & 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, present before the Court and stated that they settled the matter amicably outside the Court and the terms of the compromise was also appended. In view of compromise of the parties, the offences are compounded and the accused is acquitted and the bail bonds of the accused, if any, shall stand cancelled.
