THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAMALINGESWARA RAO Writ Petition No.14464 of 2015 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the respondents 2 & 3 in not releasing and supplying the essential commodities in favour of the petitioner.

This Court, by order dated 21.05.2015, while issuing the notice before admission directed the respondents to release the essential commodities to the petitioner's fair price shop during subsistence of his authorization.

Now the matter is posted for admission. The learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies brought to this Court that the proceedings were issued by the second respondent-Revenue Divisional Officer, Markapur in Rcc.No.1122/2015, dated 27.05.2015 suspending the authorization of the petitioner pending enquiry. In view of the above, the writ petition is dismissed. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending in this writ petition, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
