ORDER: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This writ petition is filed by an employee of the Court of the Principal Junior Civil Judge, Medchal, with the limited grievance that the appeal filed by him against the order reverting him from the post of Senior Assistant to Junior Assistant is not being disposed for the last five years.

Mr.Swaroop Oorilla, learned standing counsel for the High Court of Judicature at Hyderabad for the State of Telangana and the State of Andhra Pradesh appearing for respondent Nos.1 and 2, has submitted that the appellate authority will dispose of the appeal within a period of one month from today.

In the light of the above submission of the learned standing counsel, the Writ Petition is disposed of, by placing on record the said submission.

As a sequel to disposal of the writ petition, W.P.M.P.No.15250 of 2016 filed by the petitioner for interim relief shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
