This revision petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India assailing the order dated 24.12.2016 passed in I.A.No.57 of 2009 in O.S.No.100 of 2009 on the file of the Agent to Government at Jayashankar District, Bhupalpally. 2.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the petition. To that effect, he also filed a letter in the Registry.

Permission as sought for is accorded.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
