This Contempt Case is filed alleging wilful disobedience of order dated 18-11-2015 in W.P.No.39238 of 2014.

At the hearing, Mr. Malladi Pavan Kumar Aditya, learned Counsel for the petitioner, submitted that the above mentioned order of this Court has been complied with by the respondent.

In the light of the above submission, the Contempt Case is disposed of as infructuous.
