THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE NOOTY RAMAMOHANA RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No. 168 OF 2013 O R D E R:

This Petition has been filed for quashing the proceedings in F.I.R.No. 3 of 2013 on the file of Yeleswaram Police Station, East Godavari District.

Learned Public Prosecutor has brought to my notice that after conducting a detailed investigation into the crime, the police have filed a charge sheet on 30.09.2013 before the Court of the Judicial Magistrate of I Class, Prathipadu and the same was numbered as P.R.C.No. 10 of 2014. It is also brought to my notice that the case was listed for appearance of the accused on 03.07.2015. In that view of the matter, no further orders are needed to be passed in this case. Hence, leaving open all such remedies as are available to the petitioners under law, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

Consequently, the miscellaneous applications, if any shall also stand dismissed.
