HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No. 25591 OF 2017 ORDER :

This writ petition is filed seeking writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in issuing the impugned order passed in Roc.No.216/2015/B4/DVC dated 29.04.2015 as illegal and arbitrary.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri M.S.R. Chandra Murthy, learned Standing Counsel for the respondents 4 and 6.

Learned Standing Counsel for the respondents 4 and 6 produced proceedings in Rc.No.218/2015/B4/DVC, dated 30.06.2015 stating that after passing of impugned order dated 29.04.2015, final orders have been passed. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to challenge the proceedings dated 30.06.2015 passed by the 6th respondent.

Permission is accorded.

Recording the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with a liberty to challenge the proceedings dated 30.06.2015 passed by the 6th respondent.

There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
