THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.3891 of 2015 ORDER:

This revision petition is filed under Section 115 CPC challenging the orders dated 03.08.2015 in E.A.No.384 of 2012 in E.P.No.26 of 2012 in O.S.No.162 of 2006 on the file of the Court of Principal Junior Civil Judge, Ponnur.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the petition with a liberty to pursue the appeal. Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty to the petitioner to pursue the appeal. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
