K.Yogitha W/O U Sunder Kumar, v. The State Of Telangana Rep By Its Principle Secretary,
HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.24770 OF 2017 ORDER:
The case of the petitioner is that while she was working at Kathalapur, Jagtial District, her marriage was performed on 12.02.2016 and her husband is an employee in State Bank of Hyderabad and working at Vemulawada, Rajanna District which is 30 Kms. away from the place where petitioner is working. While so, the petitioner made representation dated 04.04.2017 to the 2nd respondent to retain at the same place where she is working, on spouse quota and requested to continue her at Kathalapur where the post kept vacant. But, the 3rd respondent knowing fully well the representation of the petitioner, issued impugned Memo Lr.No.A1/Estt./381/2017, dated 18.07.2017 transferring the petitioner to Manthani. The grievance of the petitioner is that though she made representation to the 2nd respondent to retain her at Kathalapur on spouse quota, the 3rd respondent transferred her; and that the distance between Manthani to Kathalapur is about 180 Kms. As such she filed the present writ petition.
This Court on 26.07.2017 granted interim order for six weeks directing the respondents to continue the petitioner in the post of MAO, Kathalapur, Jagtial District, and the same was extended for a period of four weeks on 11.09.2017.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the representation submitted by the petitioner on 04.04.2017 is not being disposed of.
In view of the same, there shall be direction to the respondents to consider and dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 04.04.2017, in accordance with Rules. Till disposal of the representation of the petitioner, interim granted by this Court on 26.07.2017, shall continue.
Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed. _____________________________ A.RAJASHEKER REDDY, J 09.10.2017 tk
