Since there was no representation for the petitioner - wife on 09.04.2018, Registry was directed to list the present Transfer C.M.P. on 10.04.2018 under the caption 'for dismissal'. On 10.04.2018, at the request of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the matter was adjourned to 17.04.2018, on which day, once again notice to respondent was ordered directing to list the matter to this day under the same caption i.e. 'for dismissal'.

Today also, there is no representation for the petitioner. Therefore, the present Transfer C.M.P. is dismissed for nonprosecution. No order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the Transfer CMP, stand closed.
