The petitioners pray for the following relief: "...Writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ order or direction declaring the action of the respondents in taking up the works of improvement to Marrikunta Tank situated in Guvvalonipally Village Uppunumthala Mandal, Mahaboob Nagar District, in which the part of the lands of the petitioners in Survey numbers . 620, 681, 692, Sy.No.620, 623, 692, 681, Sy.No.699, Sy.Nos.699, 700, Sy.Nos.620, 692, 681, Sy.No.620, Sy.No.699 are getting sub merged i.e. without initiating land acquisition proceedings, without paying any compensation or without allotting equal extent of land sub merging in the said Tank, is nothing but arbitrary illegal ..."

3. At the time of hearing, the learned Assistant Government Pleader submits that the prayer in the instant writ petition is covered by order dated 10.03.2016 in WP.No.25494 of 2012.

I have perused the order dated 10.03.2016 and also the record in the instant writ petition. The prayer is substantially covered and the writ petition is disposed of in terms of the order dated 10.03.2016 in WP.No.25494 of 2012.
