CVNR,J C.R.P.No.2166 of 2017 28.04.2017 ORDER:

This civil revision petition arises out of order, dated 15.12.2016, in I.A.No.319 of 2016 in O.S.No.1899 of 2012 on the file of II Additional Senior Civil Judge, Visakhapatnam, whereby the Court below has condoned the delay of 649 days in filing the application for setting aside the abatement in O.S.No.1899 of 2012.

Having gone through the aforementioned order, I am of the opinion that the discretion exercised by the Court below cannot be said to be unreasonable or irrational. Hence, I do not find any reason to interfere with the order of the Court below.

The Civil Revision Petition is, accordingly, dismissed. 4.

As a sequel to dismissal of the C.R.P., C.R.P.M.P.No.2829 of 2017 filed by the petitioners for interim relief shall stand dismissed as infructuous.
