Viswanadham, learned counsel for the petitioner has circulated the letter dated 01.09.2017 to the Registry seeking to list this Writ Petition under the caption 'for withdrawal' as the petitioner bank informed that the respondent has granted the relief sought for. Hence, it is listed today.
