THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.3529 OF 2015 ORDER:
This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Section 115 of C.P.C. challenging the order dated 04.08.2015 in I.A.No.314 of 2014 in A.S.No.64 of 2014 on the file of the XXIV Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Courts at Hyderabad.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for both the parties submitted that the appellate Court may be directed to dispose of the appeal as expeditiously as possible.

Learned counsel for the first respondent, in all fairness, submitted that stay may be continued till disposal of the appeal. 4.
In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for both the parties, this Court is not inclined to go into the merits of the main revision.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and also the submission made by the learned counsel for both the parties, the learned XXIV Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Courts at Hyderabad, is hereby directed to dispose of A.S.No.64 of 2014, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Interim stay granted by this Court on 28.08.2015 shall continue till disposal of the appeal.

With the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
