This civil revision petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India challenging the order dated 10.2.2017 in I.A. No.735 of 2013 in R.A. No.144 of 2012 on the file of the Court of the Chief Judge, City Small Causes Court, Hyderabad. 2.

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the civil revision petition with liberty to avail all the remedies available to him under law, including filing of fresh application. Permission is granted. 3.
