This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioner under Section 482 Cr.P.C seeking to quash the proceedings in Rc.No.F/8713/2012 dated 27.12.2012 of the Executive Magistrate & Tahsildar, Hanamkonda, Warangal District.

2. Undisputedly, there are civil disputes pending in relation to the order dated 27.12.2012 passed by the learned Executive Magistrate & Tahsildar, Hanamkonda, Warangal District, under Section 145 of Cr.P.C., thereby when the moment the civil Court ceased of the matter, the proceedings under Section 145 Cr.P.C. no way survive.

3. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is allowed and the proceedings in Rc.No.F/8713/2012 dated 27.12.2012 of the Executive Magistrate & Tahsildar, Hanamkonda, Warangal District, are quashed.
