THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT PETITION No.20341 of 2017 ORDER:

The petitioner through representation dated 15-05-2017 brought to the notice of respondents a few difficulties placed by the villagers at the hands of Sarpanch or her husband. The principle grievance relates to inadequate pumping of water into overhead tank. The representation is acknowledged. Having regard to the nature of grievance canvassed by the petitioner, this Court disposes of the writ petition by this order. (1) The petitioner is given liberty to re-submit representation dated 15-05-2017 by enclosing a copy of this order within one week from today.

(2) Respondents 2, 4 and 6 are directed to look into the grievance, enquire into the allegations, take a decision within two weeks thereafter and communicate to petitioner.

The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No order as to costs.
