This appeal is filed under Section 173 of Motor Vehicles Act assailing the judgment and decree dated 18.02.2014 passed in M.V.O.P.No.2094 of 2010 on the file of the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal-cum-X Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court at Hyderabad.

Learned counsel for the appellant seeks permission of this Court to permit the appellant to withdraw the appeal and a letter was also filed in the Registry to that effect. Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Appeal shall stand closed.
