This application is filed seeking to modify the order at para No.3 as "Subject depot at the said location had been closed w.e.f. 31.10.2015, instead of "the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he is unable to contact the petitioners due to closure of the establishment". In that view of matter, since the petitioners depot at the said location had been closed w.e.f. 31.10.2015 as the depot is no longer operational.

For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit in support of the petition and accordingly I.A. is ordered.

Registry is directed to issue amended copy of the order.
