THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE SANJAY KUMAR AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE T.AMARNATH GOUD CONTEMPT CASE NO.2607 of 2018 ORDER: (per SK,J) This contempt case was instituted alleging wilful disobedience to the order dated 11.07.2018 passed in I.A.No.1 of 2018 in W.P.No.22659 of 2018. By the said order, the respondents were directed not to dispossess/interfere with the petitioner's possession over the subject residential property.

However, the Superintendent, Suryapet Collectorate, and the Chief Manager, Andhra Bank, Suryapet Branch, filed counter-affidavits along with supporting evidence in proof of possession of the subject residential property having been taken on 07.06.2018 itself, long before passing of the order dated 11.07.2018.

No reply-affidavit was filed by the petitioner rebutting the aforestated fact.

In that view of the matter, we find no disobedience to the order warranting exercise of contempt jurisdiction. 4.
