HONOURABLE Dr. JUSTICE B.SIVA SANKARA RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.3250 of 2015 ORDER :

This criminal petition is filed by the petitioners/A1 and A2 under Section 482 Cr.P.C to call for the record relating to crime No.245 of 2015 on the file of Police Station Kukatpally, Cyberabad and quash the proceedings therein for the offences punishable under Sections 3(i)(x) of SC and ST (POA) Act, 1989.

Heard learned counsel for petitioners/A1 and A2, 1st respondent-State and defacto-complainant and perused the material on record.

The material falls short for this Court to admit the application filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., but the factual matrix entitles the petitioners for concession of regular bail.

Having regard to the above, the Criminal Petition is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioners to surrender before the learned Special Judge and move for regular bail with notice to the Public Prosecutor and in such an event, the learned Special Judge shall grant bail on the same day preferably with necessary conditions.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this criminal petition shall stand closed.
