THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No. 34347 OF 2016 O R D E R :

This Writ Petition is filed seeking a mandamus to declare the action of the respondents in demolishing the structures, consisting of six sheds, in premises bearing No. 7-7-359, together with appurtenant land in all admeasuring Ac. 0.16 1⁄2 guntas in Survey No. 757 situated at Hanamkonda, Warangal District by interfering with the possession and enjoyment of the petitioner over the said property.

While issuing notice on 06.10.2016, this Court directed both the parties to maintain status quo as regards the structures permitted by the 4th respondent in premises bearing No. 7-7-359 consisting of six sheds together with the appurtenant land, in all admeasuring Ac.0.16 1⁄2 guntas in Survey No. 757 situated at Hanamkonda, Warangal District for a period of three weeks from that day.

Today, when the matter is taken up, learned Standing Counsel for Greater Warangal Municipal Corporaiton Smt. Pingali Lakshmi submits that the respondent authorities have never interfered with the petitioner's property. It is only on account of the floods that have occurred, clearance work of nala has been taken up.

In the light of the submissions made by the learned Standing Counsel, the Writ Petition stands closed directing the respondent authorities not to interfere with the petitioner's property. No costs.

Consequently, the miscellaneous Applications, if any shall also stand closed.
