THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No.16488 of 2015 ORDER :

Having realized that the subject matter in the writ petition is more in the realm of public interest and there is no personal interest to the individual who has espoused the cause as narrated in the writ petition, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave of the Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file a Public Interest Litigation.

Having regard to the said submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to pursue appropriate remedies as warranted by law. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand dismissed.
