When the matter came up for hearing on 17.08.2015, the learned counsel for the petitioner called absent and there was no representation on his behalf. Today also when the matter is called, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.

2. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.

There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
