This Criminal Petition, under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 is filed by the petitioners/A-1 and A2 seeking to grant anticipatory bail in the event of registering any crime against them on the basis of any complaint lodged by the de facto complainant namely M.Manemma, W/o.M.Venkatesh, aged 32 years, Occ: Maid, Caste: S.C., residing at 8-6-171/67, Padmavathinagar Colony, Vanasthalipuram, Hyderabad, with the Police Station, Vanasthalipuram, Cyberabad.

2. Heard and perused the material available on record.

3. It is informed by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that no case was registered against the petitioners. Hence, this Criminal Petition is not maintainable and is liable to be dismissed.

4. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed. However, the petitioners are at liberty to approach appropriate Forum if any case is registered against them.
