The Court made the following:

This Writ Petition is filed for a Mandamus to declare the seizure of the petitioner's Tractor and Trailer, bearing registration Nos.AP 04 M 4791 and AP 04 M 4792 respectively, as illegal and arbitrary. The petitioner sought for a consequential direction to the respondents to release the seized Tractor and Trailer.

At the hearing, the learned Counsel for the petitioner requested for permission of the Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to his client to make application before the competent authority for release of the seized Tractor and Trailer in terms of G.O.Ms.No.6, Industries & Commerce (Mines - IV) Department, dated 12.01.2015, and approach this Court in the event, the seized Tractor and Trailer are not released.

The request of the learned Counsel for the petitioner is accepted and the Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner in terms of the prayer made.

As a sequel to dismissal of the Writ Petition, WPMP.No.49976 of 2015, filed by the petitioner for interim relief, is disposed of as infructuous.
