THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE VILAS V.AFZULPURKAR WRIT PETITION No.5017 of 2016 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Government Pleader for Revenue.

Alleging that the 4th respondent is not passing any orders in File No.B/589/2010, even after the decree was produced by the petitioner in O.S.No.2567 of 2007 on the file of the Additional Junior Civil Judge, Ranga Reddy District, dated 13.02.2008, the present Writ Petition is filed.

Learned Government Pleader has already obtained instructions, which state that the 4th respondent has already taken up enquiry in File No.D/290/2016 by issuing notice dated 08.02.2016 to all the parties concerned and the enquiry is scheduled to be conducted on 05.03.2016 at 11:00 A.M.

In view of the same, since the enquiry is scheduled to be conducted from 05.03.2016 onwards, the 4th respondent is directed to complete the enquiry and pass appropriate orders expeditiously. The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
