This Court made the following :
ORDER:
This contempt case is filed alleging violation of the orders of status quo granted by this Court and granting of mutation to third parties after the order passed by this Court.
2. Counter-affidavit is filed on behalf of the 2nd respondent. In para-13 of the counter-affidavit, the deponent stated that due to administrative lapses of the computer section staff the alleged wrong entries were made taking advantage of the his digital signature, but as soon as it has come to his notice, he has taken remedial steps and revoked/rectified on 25.08.2015 the wrong entries made. Along with the counter-affidavit, relevant documents are also enclosed. In fact, the 1st petitioner has filed an application under the Right to Information Act seeking information and supply of copies of sanctioning mutation proceedings. In reply, the Tahsildar, Kagaznagar Mandal, vide his Memo dated 26.09.2015 informed the 1st petitioner that no such copies are available and, therefore, cannot be furnished. It was also informed that names brought into the computer pahani of the relevant survey numbers have been deleted from the computer pahani on 25.08.2015 in order to maintain status quo existing as on 15.12.2014.
3. Having regard to the same, I see no justification to proceed further in the matter and contempt case is accordingly closed. Miscellaneous petitions if any pending in the contempt case shall stand closed. __________________________ JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO Kkm
