The present Civil Revision Petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is filed by the petitioner questioning the order dated 29.03.2016 in I.A.No.49 of 2014 in HMO.P.No.16 of 2014 passed by the Senior Civil Judge, Kovvur, SPSR Nellore District.

2. As per the material placed before this Court by the registry, original petition itself was disposed of on 28.10.2016, hence, the cause in the revision petition does not survive for adjudication..

3. Therefore, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.
