ORDER

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that during pendency of the writ petition, a final order was passed, against which, alternative remedy of appeal is available to the petitioner and hence, he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition.

Permission as sought for is accorded and the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to avail the alternative remedy of appeal. No costs.
