HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A. V.SESHA SAI CONTEMPT CASE No. 1623 OF 2015 ORDER:

This Contempt Case under Sections 10 to 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act is filed alleging willful disobedience of the order of this Court dated 27.07.2015 passed in Writ Petition No. 10421 of 2015.

The sum and substance of the case of the petitioner in the present Contempt Case is that the respondents-Police did not remove the photographs of the petitioner from the Police Station, Mulugu, Warangal District.

Pursuant to the notice issued by this Court, the respondents filed counter affidavits stating that they have removed the photographs of the petitioner from the police

station. The removal of the photographs is not disputed by the petitioner.

In view of the same, the Contempt Case is closed. Consequently the respondents shall stand discharged.
