THE HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE RAMESH RANGANATHAN AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.GANGA RAO Writ Petition No.11388 of 2017 ORDER: {Per the Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice Ramesh Ranganathan} Sri K.S.Murthy, learned counsel for the petitioner, states that certain factual aspects, to establish that the respondent-cooperative society is a "State" within the meaning of Article 12 of the Constitution of India, and a writ petition would lie against such a society, were not stated in the earlier affidavit; and the petitioner be permitted to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file a writ petition afresh placing all these relevant facts.

Granting liberty as sought for, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall also stand dismissed.
