This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioner-accused No.3 under Sections 437 & 439 Cr.P.C. seeking to grant bail to him in Crime No.53 2015 on the file of Penagalur Police Station, Kadapa District, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 342, 376(G), 506 and 509 r/w 34 IPC.

Heard and perused the material available on record. It is alleged that the petitioner committed rape on a physically handicapped girl i.e., deaf and dumb girl. The earlier application filed by the petitioner was dismissed on 25.12.2015. There are no changed circumstances. In view of the same and considering the allegations, which are serious in nature, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
