THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V. SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.8439 of 2016 ORDER:
This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following relief:
"to issue writ of Mandamus to declare the action of the respondents in not regularizing the services of the Petitioner, in not paying the regular pay scale and thereby disentitling the Petitioner to claim the pensionary benefits for the service rendered by the Petitioner as illegal, arbitrary, unjust, unreasonable and consequently direct the respondents to regularize Petitioner's services, to pay the regular pay scale and to treat service rendered by the Petitioner from the date of appointment for pensionary benefits."
Heard Sri M. Venkat Ram Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri C. Buchi Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for respondents 1 to 3 and learned Government Pleader for Housing Corporation for respondent No.4.
When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that for redressal of the grievance of the petitioner, the petitioner herein submitted representations on 2812-2015 and 08-02-2016 to the 1st respondent herein and no orders have been passed on the said representations so far. A request is made by the learned counsel for the petitioner to direct the 1st respondent to pass appropriate orders on the representations, dated 28-12-2015 and 08-02-2016, in accordance with law, by fixing some timeframe. The said request is not opposed by the other side and only
submitted that same would be considered, in accordance with law. For the aforesaid reasons, the writ petition is disposed of, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter and entitlement of the petitioner, directing the 1st respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on the representations, dated 28-12-2015 and 08-02-2016 said to have been submitted by the petitioner herein, in accordance with law, within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
