Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted a letter dated 22.01.2020 before the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court. From a perusal of the said letter, it is evident that the petitioner intends to withdraw the said writ petition.

In view of the said letter, the petitioner is permitted to withdraw the said writ petition.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No order as to costs.
