THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CRIMINAL PETITION No.3875 of 2016 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioner-A.1 under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to quash the proceedings in Crime No.35 of 2016 on the file of ITown Police Station, Gudiwada, Krishna District for the offences under Sections, 324, 326, 354, 506 r/w 34 IPC.

Heard.

On perusal of the entire material available on record, prima facie there are some allegations as against the petitioner and truth or otherwise of the said allegations can be ascertained by the investigating agency during the course of investigation and this Court is not inclined to quash the proceedings in the said crime at this stage. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that in view of the pendency of the above crime, the petitioner apprehends arrest and also harassment in the hands of the police. In view of the above, the petitioner herein are directed to surrender before the police concerned and shall execute a personal bond for a sum of Rs.5,000/- with one surety for the likesum to the satisfaction of S.H.O. concerned for his future appearance before the said S.H.O.

as and when required and on execution of the said bond, the investigating officer is directed to complete the investigation into the crime without arresting the petitioner herein and file a final report, if any, in accordance with law. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. Pending Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, shall stand closed. _________________ RAJA ELANGO,J 30.03.2016.
