THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY CIVIL REVISION PETITION NO. 4030 OF 2013 ORDER:

This revision is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India challenging the order, dated 11-07-2013 passed in I.A.No.2004 of 2012 in H.M.O.P.No.118 of 2010 by the Senior Civil Judge, Atmakur, dismissing the application filed under Section 26 (1) of Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005 and Section 151 CPC to direct the respondenthusband to deposit compensation equivalent to the value of the petition schedule property into Court.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of disposal of H.M.O.P.No.118 of 2010 on 09-09-2014 by the Senior Civil Judge, Atmakur, the cause in this revision does not survive for further adjudication and has become infructuous.

Recording the said submission, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, in this revision shall stand closed.
