None appears on behalf of appellants. Be it sated that continuously, as per the proceedings dated 11.08.2022, 25.08.2022, 01.09.2022 and 15.09.2022 there was no representation. Though personal notice was ordered against respondent No.2, no report is also filed. Already respondent no.1 notice is served and set exparte long back.

2. Therefore, having regard to the earlier proceedings presence or representation on behalf of appellants is felt essential. This Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is filed assailing the order in O.A.792 of 2014 dated 26.06.2018 before the Telangana Endowments Tribunals, Hyderabad.

3. Hence, presence or representation on behalf of appellants is felt essential. In view of the above, I do not find any merits to adjourn the matter in the absence of proper representation.

4. Accordingly, Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed for default for non-prosecution.

5. In the circumstances of the case, there shall be no order as to the costs.

6. Miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stands closed.
