HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE R.SUBHASH REDDY CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.4397 of 2015 ORDER :

As there was no representation on behalf of the petitioners for the last three occasions, i.e., on 13.11.2015, 20.11.2015 and 27.11.2015, the matter was directed to be listed under the caption "FOR DISMISSAL".

2. Even today, despite the matter being listed under the caption "FOR DISMISSAL", when the matter is called for hearing, there is no representation for the petitioners. It appears that the petitioners are not interested in pursuing the matter.

3 . Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for nonprosecution. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
