HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO Criminal Petition No.579 of 2016 O R D E R :

The petitioners, who are accused Nos.1 to 3 in Crime No.3 of 2016 of Thavanampalle Police Station, Chittoor District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 353, 506 read with Section 34 I.P.C. and Section 3(1)(x) of S.Cs. & S.Ts. (PoA) Act, 1989, filed this petition under Section 438 of Cr.P.C., seeking anticipatory bail.

The allegations against petitioners are not so serious in nature, but, in any event, as there is a bar for grant of anticipatory bail to the accused in the crime registered for the offence under Section 3 (1) (x) of Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989, the petitioners are directed to surrender before the I Additional District & Sessions Judge, Chittoor, and file bail application and on such surrender and filing of bail application, the I Additional District & Sessions Judge, Chittoor is directed to release petitioners - accused Nos.1 to 3 on bail, on the same day, on each of them executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten thousand only) with one surety for a like sum each and further petitioners - accused Nos.1 to 3 are directed to appear before the

Respondent-Police as and when required.
