This writ petition is filed by petitioners challenging the action of the 2nd respondent in not considering his application dated 11.7.2014 and in not according permission for construction of a house. 2.

The main grievance of the petitioners is that they made an application to the 2nd respondent to grant permission to construct a building in their property. But the 2nd respondent has neither rejected the application nor accorded permission.

After arguing for some time, the learned Counsel for the petitioners submitted that the respondents may be directed to consider the application filed by the petitioners enclosing 'No objection certificate' obtained from the National High Way authorities.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the grievance of the petitioners, this Court is of the view that this writ petition can be disposed of directing the petitioners to file a fresh application for permission along with the required documents. 5.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the petitioners to make a fresh application for permission along with the required documents to the respondents. On such application being filed, the respondents are directed to consider the same and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law. No costs. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
