Heard.

The only grievance of the petitioner is that he made an application to the 4th respondent by paying necessary fee on 22-04-2015 through MeeSeva seeking mutation with respect to the land admeasuring Ac.1-68 cents in Sy.No.44/4 situated at Goguladinne Village, Markapur Mandal, Prakasam District.

The petitioner was communicated rejection order-Ex.P-1, dated 21-08-2015, wherein the request of the petitioner for mutation is 'rejected'. No reasoned order is communicated to the petitioner. Hence, questioning the said rejection order, the present writ petition is filed. Heard the learned Government Pleader, who is unable to substantiate whether any reasoned order is passed by the 4th respondent. Hence, the impugned rejection order is set aside and the 4th respondent is directed to examine the petitioner's application and pass a reasoned order and communicate the same to the petitioner expeditiously.
