Sri K. Suresh Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioners - accused Nos.2 to 6, addressed a letter, dated 08.03.2017, to the Registrar (Judicial) requesting to place the matter before the Court, so as to seek permission for withdrawal of the Criminal Petition.

2. When the matter is called, learned counsel made a similar representation seeking withdrawal of the Criminal Petition.
