M/S. R.R. Kamdar And Company v. The State Of Telangana,
THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE VILAS V.AFZULPURKAR WRIT PETITION No.33666 OF 2015 ORDER:
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue.
The petitioner questions the inaction in implementing the order, dated 05.03.1999, of the Revenue Divisional Officer, Chevella Division, Attapur, Rajendranagar, the 3rd respondent.
It appears that the directions issued by the 3rd respondent were not implemented. Hence, grievance was made before the District Collector, Ranga Reddy District, the 2nd respondent, who, inturn, issued further directions vide letter No.D5/1130/2014, dated 09.05.2014, addressed to the Deputy Collector & Tahsildar, Serilingampally Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, the 4th respondent, requiring him to implement the order of the 3rd respondent as per the Andhra Pradesh Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act, 1971 and the rules made thereunder. The petitioner states that thereafter the 4th respondent issued two notices, dated 19.02.2015 and 07.07.2015 in file No.B/89/2015. Thereafter, no proceedings are taken up and the matter is pending as on today and for non-implementation of the orders of the 3rd respondent, the petitioner is suffering prejudice.
Learned Government Pleader for Revenue, who has taken notice for the respondents, submits that the 4th respondent would expedite and complete the enquiry and pass appropriate orders.
Considering the order, dated 05.03.1999, of the 3rd respondent and the directions, dated 09.05.2014, of the 2nd respondent, referred to above, I deem it appropriate to direct the 4th respondent
to complete the enquiry in terms of the two notices, referred to above, and pass appropriate final orders expeditiously in any case within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
