Since the issue involved in all these writ petitions is one and the same, they are being heard together and disposed of by this Common Order.

It is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the lis in these Writ Petitions is squarely covered by the order of this Court in WP No.40997 of 2015 dated 13.03.2017 and same is not disputed by the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents. In view of the same and for the reasons alike in the order dated 13.03.2017 in WP No.40997 of 2015, these Writ Petitions are allowed setting aside the impugned refusal orders passed by the 5th respondent and the 5th respondent is directed to entertain the documents presented by the petitioners for registration in respect of subject lands and register the same, if they are not included in the list of prohibited properties sent by the competent authority as held by this Court in Vinjamuri Rajagopala Chary vs. State of Andhra Pradesh1 and are not prohibited for registration by any injunction granted by the competent Civil Court and if they are in order as per the provisions of the Stamps and Registration Act, and in case, if the 5th respondent intends to 1 2016 (1) ALT 550

refuse registration, he shall record reasons as required under Section 71 of the Registration Act, 1908. No order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in these Writ Petitions, shall stand closed. ____________________________ A.RAJASHEKER REDDY, J 10.12.2018 tk
