This Contempt Case is filed alleging violation of a purported Order, dated 02-06-2016, in WP.No.12078 of 2016. After arguing the case, Mr.P.Gangarami Reddy, learned Counsel for the petitioner, submitted that reference to Order, dated 02-06-2016, in the prayer of the Contempt Case is a mistake for Order, dated 22-04-2016, by which another learned Judge has directed the Registry to issue show cause notice to the respondents in the Writ Petition as to why proceedings for Contempt of Court shall not be initiated against them for not complying with the direction issued to the petitioner for allotment of land admeasuring Ac.0.04 3⁄4 cents in Survey No.528 of Peruru Village. The learned Counsel further submitted that since the present Contempt proceeding does not relate to any order passed by me either in W.P.No.27164 of 2010 or in CC.No.1839 of 2013, the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw this Contempt Case with liberty to her to pursue her remedy based on Order, dated 22-04-2016, in WP.No.12078 of 2016.
