This contempt case is Iiled seeking to punish the respondents under Sections 1O to 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 7971, for deliberate and willful disobedience of the order in W.P.M.P.No.45732 of 2016 in W.p.No.37 103 of 2016, dated O 1. 11.2O16.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri K.Mohana Chandra, learned counsel representing Sri N.Ramesh, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, respondents complied with the order passed by this Court dated 01.11.2016 and placed a copy of the proceedings vide letter No.A2 /269 / 15, dated 23.0 t.2Ot7 issued by respondent No.4.

3. In view of the above said submission, no further adjudication needs to be undertaken.
