Learned counsel for the writ petitioner had filed a letter before the Registry stating that the petitioner intends to withdraw the writ petition and requested to post the matter under the caption 'For Withdrawal'. Hence, the matter came up today under the caption "For Withdrawal'.
At the hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that permission may be accorded for withdrawing the writ petition with liberty to file a fresh writ petition.
Permission is accorded.
Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforestated, if law permits. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, also shall stand dismissed.
