THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CRIMINAL PETITION No.14111 of 2015 ORDER:

This petition is filed by the petitioners - Accused Nos.1 and 2 under Sections 437 & 439 of Criminal Procedure Code seeking to grant bail in Crime No.75 of 2015 on the file of Butchiyyapeta Police Station, Visakhapatnam City, for the offences punishable under Sections 20(b)(I) r/w.8 (c) of NDPS Act.

Heard and perused the material available on record. A perusal of the record discloses that the ganja seized from the possession of the petitioners is 80 kgs., which is more than commercial quantity. Hence, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners at this stage.
